Serving Fort Mitchell, KY

Available with front-wheel drive and the 4MATIC® AWD, the 2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class boasts a rich pedigree in the luxury sector. This mid-size sedan offers more than 20 active safety features for enhanced urban driving. Having a similar platform, the 2019 BMW 3 Series doesn’t offer as many safety technologies. Both models run on turbo engines, but the C-Class delivers superior handling.

The 2019 C-Class runs on an updated 2.0 L engine with a twin-scroll turbocharger and inner cooling system. You’ll get up to 255 horsepower from this direct-injected I-4 powertrain. The all-new CAMTRONIC technology lifts and lowers the valves in all four cylinders. Coming from the TwinPower series, the 2.0 L engine in the 2019 BMW 3 Series is rated at 255 hp. This turbo propulsion unit is connected to an eight-speed gearbox. You can access up to nine gear ratios in the 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission that’s standard in the C-Class. Appearing on a touch screen, the DYNAMIC SELECT menu includes multiple driving modes for this Mercedes-Benz sedan. Want to optimize gas mileage on the highway? Tap the ECO icon on the infotainment system. Four other modes are available in the DYNAMIC SELECT, including an individual setting that’s programmed according to your unique driving style. A comfort-tuned suspension system and the Torque Vectoring Brake allow the C-Class to beat its BMW rival in handling.

Powered by LED, the ambient lighting system in the 2019 C-Class generates up to 64 different colors. The door sills, dashboard, footwells, and center console are illuminated by this advanced lighting network. Part of the Leather Seating Package, a memory system recalls three custom positions for the ergonomic driver’s seat. The genuine Nappa leather upholstery comes in the White Pearl and Saddle Brown designs. The 2019 BMW 3 Series has the standard SensaTec textile, which isn’t as lavish as authentic leather. However, this premium model is available with a segment-leading climate control system that has three zones. All five seats in the C-Class are heated by electric elements that distribute warmth at precise points. A rapid heating system is optional for the leather-trimmed steering wheel. Additionally, this Mercedes-Benz sedan offers the HANDS-FREE ACCESS technology for the trunk. Using sensors to detect kicking motion, this innovative trunk system is part of the Premium Package.

The cruise control system in the 2019 C-Class is powered by the DISTRONIC technology, which responds to traffic movement. Standard in this Mercedes-Benz sedan, the Active Brake Assist provides leverage for emergency braking. You’ll also avoid side collisions with help from the Evasive Steering Assist and Active Lane Change Assist. Squeezing into a parallel parking space is a breeze if you have the Active Parking Assist. The Surround View System also improves your judgment for parking and backing up. This luxury sedan has a handful of other driving aids, including the Blind Spot Assist and Car-to-X Communication. The Active Guard package in the 2019 BMW 3 Series doesn’t match the safety technology that’s available in the C-Class model.
