The 2019 Mercedes-Benz C 300 is a bit different from the 2019 Mercedes-Benz C 300. Still, these models have a lot in common. Though both are high-caliber luxury sedans, the new model year introduces greater power and a longer list of standard tech features. Read our comparison guide to learn more about how the 2019 and 2019 Mercedes-Benz C 300 models differ.
The Mercedes-Benz C 300 provides the perfect mix between speed and road refinement. The new 2019 C 300 comes with an upgraded engine: a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that makes 255 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque. That’s more output than the previous model year’s turbo 2.0-liter four-cylinder, which produces 241 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque. However, both luxury sedans offer high-end performance and impressive speed. These two engines also have something in common: their nine-speed automatic transmission. It provides both smooth shifts and an extra burst of speed whenever you need one. Higher gears offer thriftier performance on the highway.
Both of these luxury sedans are instantly recognizable as C 300 luxury sedans, with their smooth lines and shiny trim. However, if you look closely, you’ll notice a few differences between the 2019 and 2018 model years. The newer C 300 introduces new LED headlight and taillight designs, a subtle shift that adds to the car’s air of luxury.
For the most part, the 2019 and 2018 Mercedes-Benz C 300 sedans share the same long list of luxury comfort and convenience features. However, the 2019 C 300 does introduce a few new tech features – namely, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration. This technology displays smartphone apps, like your phone, maps, and music apps, on the central display screen, so there’s no need to look away from the road to use them. You can even use your phone’s Siri or Google Assistant voice controls through the system. But both of these luxury sedans come standard with the COMAND® infotainment system, which entails a 7-inch central display screen and console-mounted dial controller. Bluetooth®1 wireless connectivity and dual USB ports make it easy to connect devices to the central system or to simply charge them on the go.
These C 300 sedans are also big on luxury. Each features a standard sunroof, dual-zone climate control system, and 10-way power front seats, giving you a wealth of style as you drive around. The soft, simulated-leather MB-Tex upholstery wraps you in comfort. Every C 300 also comes standard with a rearview camera, which comes in handy as you back into a parking space or out of a narrow drive.
